General Purpose Multi-Positional Welding Rod. Especially suitable for welding wrought sections of C-Mn steel up to 15mm in thickness.
The electrode welds with a smooth stable arc on both AC and DC. Spatter is minimal. Weld seams are smooth, bright, and evenly rippled. Initial arc strike and re-strike are instant. For flat and vertical down welding use amperages towards the top end and for vertical up and overhead towards the bottom of the range.
Slag detachability is excellent and metal recovery is up to 90% with respect to the weight of the core wire.
Very easily operated in positional welding, including vertically-down. Good gap-bridging. Smooth arc, well suited for tack-welding due to its easy arc striking and re-striking properties. Possible to use equally well both with AC and DC. Welds are smooth, slightly concave, and blending into the base metal without undercutting.
Slag is self-releasing.

Returns
We offer a 14-day approval period from the date of delivery to ensure the goods meet your expectations.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Return carriage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Items ordered incorrectly and returned for credit may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This may be waived on orders at our discretion.
