UNWANTED GOODS

If you do not require the item(s) purchased, please follow the return instructions below.

UK buyers have 10 working days to return unwanted goods, international buyers have 14 working days for a refund. Equipment is returned at customer cost.  Products must be in original packaging and of saleable quality. 

The goods will need to be returned in the original packaging, with relevant documentation to identify the recipient (invoice), tagged, and in perfect as-new condition. The buyer will need to send the goods to the return address stated on the invoice received with the goods. We do not pay for the returning postal costs. The goods will need to be posted Recorded Delivery is required, the buyer retaining any receipts in case the parcel should become lost in transit. Once the goods are returned we can mail out the exchange item or issue a refund.

FAULTY GOODS
If goods are returned due to being faulty we can offer a free replacement of the goods or alternatively a full refund will be given for the item after inspection. Your carriage to return will also be refunded.

UNCLAIMED ITEMS
If items are returned unclaimed to us,  we will incur a subsequent postage charge. This will need to be paid by the customer and can be paid over the phone or via this link click  HERE.   In order to aid in this please provide your original Order Number.
