GYS Portable 230V Synergic Resistance Spot Welding System

The PORTASPOT 230 is a compact, single-phase resistance spot welder designed for professional bodyshops, restoration workshops and light fabrication environments. Operating on a standard 230V 16A supply, this French-manufactured unit features synergic control technology that automatically adjusts welding current and spot time according to selected sheet thickness. Capable of welding mild steel sheets from 0.6 + 0.6 mm up to 2.0 + 2.0 mm (ideal at 1.2 + 1.2 mm), it delivers consistent, repeatable weld quality. The microprocessor-controlled keypad ensures simple operation, while continuous and pulse modes allow effective welding of harder steels and coated materials. With adjustable clamping force from 30 daN to 120 daN and integrated thermal protection, the PORTASPOT 230 provides reliable, safe performance for non-intensive production and vehicle restoration applications.
