Not needing a charger as recently bought one
But how low can this charger charge from many chargers cannot charge from for example 1 volt or even 5 volts

In a bodyshop doors are of cars and sometimes the light has stayed on without anyone noticing and the battery is completley flat with say 5 volts in it
Basically dead flat with no sign of life many chargers wont charge from this low voltage
I had to search far and wide to find one that would charge from this low
