Professional 160A Single-Phase MMA Inverter with Advanced Arc Stability

The GYSMI 160A is a powerful and compact single-phase MMA inverter welder designed for professional fabrication, repair, and maintenance work. Built with advanced IGBT inverter technology, it delivers a welding current range from 10 to 160 amps, ensuring consistent output, excellent arc ignition, and smooth metal fusion. The high open-circuit voltage guarantees immediate arc striking, while constant current control provides stable penetration and superior weld quality on mild steel, stainless steel, and cast iron up to 10 mm thick. Supporting coated electrodes up to 4.0 mm diameter, the unit integrates Hot Start, Arc Force, and Anti-Sticking functions for improved usability and reduced electrode sticking. Weighing just 2.9 kg and featuring a compact design with shoulder strap, the GYSMI 160A is ideal for both workshop and on-site use. Generator compatibility and protection against voltage fluctuations (±15%) ensure dependable operation in demanding environments.
