Telwin Steel And Aluminium Dent Repair Station
The Telwin Steel And Aluminium Dent Repair Station is a combined steel and aluminium panel repair system designed for professional bodyshops that need fast, controlled dent pulling without overheating or damaging OEM coatings. It typically combines a dent puller/power unit with dedicated tools and accessories for both mild steel and aluminium panels, allowing you to carry out spot pulls, washers, studs, and key pulling in a controlled way at the bench or on the vehicle. Ideal for modern body repair where mixed-material construction is common and correct process control is critical for warranty and insurer work.

- Controlled energy delivery for pulling without over-heating surrounding panels or burning through.
- Supplied with a practical selection of pulling accessories for common bodyshop dent repairs.
- Designed for regular professional use in accident repair centres, with parts and technical back-up available from BWS engineers.

Engineer Advice
Day to day, you are swapping between pull consumables for steel and aluminium, so correct selection and storage of studs, washers and pull keys matters. Good earth contact, clean metal, and proper panel preparation are critical – paint, oxide or bond left under the contact points will give you weak pulls and overheated spots. With aluminium in particular, keeping the work area clean and changing contaminated tips avoids poor conductivity and localised burn-through.
A common issue we see is technicians trying to “force” a pull in one hit rather than working gradually and controlling heat input. Used correctly, with sensible setup and the right accessories, a combined steel and aluminium station gives repeatable repairs, less filler use and reliable performance in day-to-day bodyshop conditions.
