Capacitor-Discharge Welding Machine used for Vehicle Aluminium Dent Repairs.
Power source for capacitor discharge welding of studs of 3 and 4 mm diameter and other accessories, with tip strike. It is suitable for applications in car body shops.
It enables welding of studs on non-treated or on non-oxidised surfaces in steel, stainless steel, galvanised steel, brass and, in particular, aluminium.The welding process is so short that it causes no alteration to the opposing surface even if painted, plastic-coated or galvanised.
- Telwin ALUSPOTTER 6100 is a power source for capacitor discharge welding of studs with a diameter of 3 to 8 mm.
- It can be used for welding on various materials, including steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, brass, and aluminum.
- The welding process is short and minimizes thermal alterations on the part being welded.

Returns
We offer a 14-day approval period from the date of delivery to ensure the goods meet your expectations.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Return carriage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Items ordered incorrectly and returned for credit may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This may be waived on orders at our discretion.
