We aim to dispatch all in-stock items for next working day delivery when ordered before 1pm. Larger or heavier equipment may require a 48-hour delivery service.
Mainland UK Delivery
Orders over £70 (excluding VAT) qualify for free delivery.
Orders under £70 (excluding VAT) are charged at £6.95.
Remote & Offshore Locations
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Isles of Scilly are subject to additional carriage charges. These typically start from £18.95 and may increase depending on size and weight.

Returns
We offer a 14-day approval period from the date of delivery to ensure the goods meet your expectations.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Return carriage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Items ordered incorrectly and returned for credit may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This may be waived on orders at our discretion.
Engineer Advice
In practice, you want enough stability that the stool doesn’t shift when you lean into a panel or brace your arms on the bench. On smooth paint or epoxy floors, hard castors can roll too freely, so positioning and brake use matter. A common issue is techs overloading the seat or standing on it to reach higher; that’s asking for bent frames and damaged welds.
Used properly, a decent welders stool improves comfort and reduces fatigue, which usually means more consistent work and fewer positioning-related mistakes over a long shift.
