Mainland UK Delivery
Orders over £70 (excluding VAT) qualify for free delivery.
Orders under £70 (excluding VAT) are charged at £6.95.
Remote & Offshore Locations
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Isles of Scilly are subject to additional carriage charges. These typically start from £18.95 and may increase depending on size and weight.

Returns
We offer a 14-day approval period from the date of delivery to ensure the goods meet your expectations.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Return carriage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Items ordered incorrectly and returned for credit may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This may be waived on orders at our discretion.
Engineer Advice
The key consideration is ground condition and load path. Make sure the floor is clean, level and free from grinding dust or weld spatter that can let the base creep under load. Check the interface between the base, the centre tube and the chosen head attachment; any play here will show up as movement at the workpiece. I often see bases used beyond their intended load or with improvised extensions – that’s where you risk rocking and sudden shifts.
Set up correctly, with sensible loading and a bit of housekeeping around the feet, this base will give consistent, predictable support and help keep alignment work safe and repeatable.
