The ProtectoXtract is an official BGIA-approved mobile extraction system that effectively removes particulate welding fumes, dust, and certain gases. This lightweight unit (80kg) is equipped with caster wheels for effortless manoeuvrability and can be easily installed with a 110V/230V power supply.
It is ideal for professional filtration needs and boasts a 5-stage filtration system with replaceable filters. The unit operates quietly (<68dB[A]) and comes with a 3m suction arm, hose with internal joints, and filter, providing a maximum air movement of 2500 m3/h.
For processes emitting spatter and/or grinding sparks, the ProtectoSpark (EXT978013) is required. This extractor is compliant with DIN EN ISO 15012-1 and suitable for W3 stainless welding fumes (>30% Ni+Cr).
USES
For welding fume only and should not be used for filtering fumes containing oil, solvents, explosive dust/gases.

Returns
We offer a 14-day approval period from the date of delivery to ensure the goods meet your expectations.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Return carriage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Items ordered incorrectly and returned for credit may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This may be waived on orders at our discretion.
