High-Performance 400A Three-Phase MMA & TIG Lift Industrial Power Source

The PROGYS 400 TRI is a heavy-duty three-phase inverter welding power source engineered for intensive industrial applications, including fabrication, structural steelwork, shipbuilding, and maintenance in harsh environments. Offering a welding current range of 20–400A, it supports MMA (SMAW) and TIG Lift (GTAW) processes with exceptional arc stability and dynamic performance. Capable of welding rutile (6013), basic (7018), cellulosic (6010), and aluminium electrodes up to Ø6 mm, it also enables carbon arc gouging up to Ø8 mm for demanding material removal tasks. With a high duty cycle of 400A at 60% and an 84V no-load voltage, it ensures excellent ignition characteristics, particularly for cellulosic electrodes. Designed with reinforced construction, IP23 protection, optimised cooling, and a switchable VRD safety system, the PROGYS 400 TRI delivers reliability, productivity, and operator protection in the most challenging jobsite conditions.
