I’m Jason Bowes, Sales Director. This is a professional nitrogen plastic welder with an integrated nitrogen generator designed for thermoplastic repairs. In a bodyshop it’s used to hot-staple and weld cracks or joins on bumpers, wheel arch liners, headlamps and wing mirror housings, allowing technicians to rebuild material and restore basic structural continuity without relying on external gas bottles. A key technical consideration is that the system is supplied for use with PP-based weld strips and a hot stapler, so compatibility with the repair media and the parent plastic is important. The built-in nitrogen generator removes the need to rent bottles, but workshop layout and access to power and ventilation need planning during installation. A practical issue I see commonly is inadequate surface preparation—contamination, paint or moisture will give inconsistent welds—or excess heat that distorts thin sections. With correct preparation and appropriate weld media the unit gives dependable, repeatable repairs and reduces dependence on bottled nitrogen.
