- The AIRFIX DRAW ALIGNER features a patented nonglued, replaceable seal for quick changes and adjustments. It is equipped with four rubber pads that enhance grip and prevent slippage during operation. The system can generate a pulling force of up to 350 kg, providing substantial support for various dent removal tasks. It has a maximum pulling height of 1.3 m, accommodating different vehicle sizes and damage locations. The tool utilises a 6 mm wire rope with a tensile strength rated at 1.5 tons, ensuring robust performance during demanding applications. A notool slide system allows for rapid height adjustments, significantly improving usability. The angled gear design facilitates effective downward pulling, making it ideal for challenging repair angles. The integrated silencer helps maintain a low noise level during use, promoting a comfortable working environment. Lightweight construction makes the device easy to manoeuvre within the workshop.

What Our Engineers Say!
Paul Jones says
When setting up the Airfix, it’s crucial to ensure that you have correct reference points, as inaccuracies here can lead to further issues down the line. Be mindful of the vehicle's construction materials—such as whether you're working with high-strength steel or aluminium, as this may influence your alignment approach.
One common issue I’ve observed is overlooking the calibration of the system before use. If the gauge isn’t zeroed correctly, you risk significant misalignments.
Overall, using the Airfix Draw Aligner improves both the reliability and efficiency of your repairs, making it an indispensable piece of equipment in any professional workshop. Proper setup and attention to material specifics will help you achieve the best possible results.
