The Battery PullForce is a battery-powered extractor for repairing exterior steel panels. I use it for targeted dent removal where mobility and precise control matter — the manual pull lever lets you modulate force as you pull without over-stressing the sheet. In a busy bodyshop it’s used with the V-shaped support base to concentrate the load on the damaged area, while the synergic ultra-fast welding pulse (approx. 0.02 sec) and selectable manual or touch-&-weld modes control heat input. Key technical points are battery management — the interchangeable LiPo provides the current pulse but needs charged spares for continuous work — and setting the pulse time and electrode position correctly; the close-set welding and ground electrodes reduce paint removal to roughly Ø20 mm. A common issue I see is poor electrode seating or misalignment of the V-base, which causes unwanted stretching of nearby metal and inconsistent pulls. When set up and used correctly it gives reliable, efficient repairs with reduced prep and finishing time.
