- Rechargeable COB LED work light providing up to 2000 lumen with uniform, even illumination suitable for general bodyshop and workshop tasks
- Compact, slim and lightweight floodlight design that is easy to carry around the workshop and between jobs
- Ergonomically shaped handle for secure grip when moving, positioning or handholding the lamp during inspection and repair work
- Builtin powerful magnets in the handle for quick mounting on vehicle bodywork, lifts, racking and other steel surfaces without extra brackets
- Flexible handle/stand allowing the lamp to be set at multiple angles to direct light precisely where needed in bays, under vehicles or inside panels
- Handle geometry designed for direct mounting on SCANGRIP tripod and scaffolding bracket for stable, elevated area lighting
- Light output adjustable in multiple steps (typically 5–6 levels) so you can reduce glare on reflective panels and extend runtime when full power is not required
- Integrated light dimmer and dedicated brightness buttons for quick changes in output with gloved hands during repair work
- OPTILight function providing an optimised light and runtime setting at a touch for typical workshop use without manual finetuning
- Highefficiency multiLED array (44 LEDs) giving a wide, consistent beam with minimal hotspots, ideal for colour matching and panel finishing
- Wide beam angle around 110° to illuminate a broad working area such as an entire panel or engine bay rather than a narrow spot
- Separate indicators for runtime and battery level so technicians can see remaining operating time and plan charging between jobs
- USBC rechargeable lithiumion battery for simple charging from common workshop chargers and power supplies
- Verified high number of charging cycles (minimum around 1000) giving long service life in daily professional use
- Operating time range suited to fullshift use, with long runtime at reduced output for preparation work and shorter runtime at maximum output for inspection or intensive repair
- Builtin power bank function with USB outlet allowing charging of mobile devices or small electronics directly from the lamp on site
- Diecast aluminium housing designed to withstand strokes, shocks and vibrations typical of busy bodyshops and fabrication environments
- Rough service and impactrated construction (IK07, 2 m drop resistance) for reliability if the lamp is knocked off stands or dropped
- High ingress protection rating (IP65–IP67 depending on version) giving resistance to dust and water, suitable for indoor and outdoor workshop conditions and wet sanding environments
- Rubberised protective edging helping absorb minor impacts and providing some grip when placing the lamp on smooth surfaces
- Operating temperature range suitable for unheated workshops and typical UK conditions, from subzero to warm environments
- COB LED or multiLED light source with high colour rendering suitable for paint, filler and panel inspection without strong colour shift
- Uniform light output performance measured according to EN 130321, giving predictable illumination for professional use
- Supplied with USB charging cable so the lamp can be charged from mains adapters, tool chargers or vehicle USB outlets
- Compact footprint allowing the lamp to be positioned in tight spaces such as wheel arches, under dashboards or inside cargo areas
- Cable management features on the back of the unit to keep the charging lead tidy when stored in tool trolleys or service vans
- Suitable for handheld use, magnet mounting, tripod mounting or bracket mounting, giving one lamp that covers most workshop lighting scenarios
- Simple, robust controls with separate on/off and brightness buttons, designed to be intuitive for multiple users in a busy workshop
- Designed as a “for life” professional work light with durable materials and longterm reliability for bodyshops and garages supported by BWS engineers

What Our Engineers Say!
Paul Jones says
Because the light output is dimmable over multiple steps up to around 2000 lumen, you can back the level off when you are close to the surface, then turn it up when you need to light a full side of a vehicle. The wide beam and high CRI colour temperature make it easier to judge panel shape and surface defects without harsh hotspots.
Common issues I see are units being run flat repeatedly and then thrown straight back on charge in a cold or very hot workshop, which shortens battery life. Used correctly, it is a robust, reliable lamp that suits daily professional use and keeps work areas properly lit.
