Orders over £70 (excluding VAT) qualify for free delivery.
Orders under £70 (excluding VAT) are charged at £6.95.
Remote & Offshore Locations
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Isles of Scilly are subject to additional carriage charges. These typically start from £18.95 and may increase depending on size and weight.

Returns
We offer a 14-day approval period from the date of delivery to ensure the goods meet your expectations.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Return carriage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Items ordered incorrectly and returned for credit may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This may be waived on orders at our discretion.

The main point I look at is correct loading and voltage match. This set is offered in 110/230V form, so the load needs checking carefully before you connect anything sensitive. Diesel engines of this size also need sensible servicing, clean fuel, and enough ventilation, especially if the set is enclosed or worked hard for long periods.
From experience, the most common issue is oversizing expectations. A generator like this will run practical workshop kit well, but it is not the answer for every job if the starting surge or duty cycle is wrong.
Used properly, it is a solid option where reliability, fuel economy, and steady output matter.
