The GYS Powerduction Inductor L90 is a specialised induction heating accessory designed for use with GYS Powerduction induction heating systems. Engineered for efficient, localised heating, the L90 inductor allows technicians to rapidly heat ferrous metal components without direct flame contact, making it ideal for automotive repair, bodyshop work, and industrial maintenance. The inductor concentrates electromagnetic energy precisely where it is needed, enabling fast loosening of seized bolts, removal of adhesives, straightening of metal parts, and controlled heating of components.

Designed with durable ferrite shielding and a robust construction, the Powerduction L90 offers reliable performance in demanding workshop environments. Its compact profile allows operators to access confined areas while maintaining high heating efficiency. When paired with compatible GYS Powerduction units, the L90 inductor delivers consistent heat output and precise temperature control, improving productivity and reducing the risk of damage to surrounding components.

FAQs

1. What machines is the Powerduction L90 compatible with?

The L90 inductor is compatible with several GYS induction heating units including the Powerduction 37LG, 39LG, 50LG, 110LG, 160LG and 220LG systems.

2. What applications is this inductor typically used for?

The L90 is commonly used for loosening seized fasteners, heating metal parts for removal, releasing adhesives, and carrying out controlled heating tasks in automotive and industrial maintenance.

3. Does induction heating damage surrounding components?

No. Induction heating focuses heat only on the metal component being treated, which significantly reduces the risk of damaging surrounding plastics, wiring, or painted surfaces.

4. Is the inductor easy to replace or change?

Yes. The L90 inductor can be quickly connected or replaced on compatible Powerduction systems, allowing technicians to switch between different inductors depending on the heating application.
