I use it where weld quality on mixed materials is required: steel, aluminium and brazing alloys, including thin gauge panels around 1.0–1.2 mm using pulse mode. The packed arrangement with three torches and an integrated 4‑roller wire feeder keeps changeovers straightforward and helps maintain consistent wire delivery. Key technical points are correct wire feed setup and material-specific torch selection: wire diameters must match the rollers (0.6–1.2 mm) and shielding gas flow should be set within the machine guidance of 10–20 L. The unit’s PFC input tolerance and IP23S rating suit busy workshop environments.

The unit is designed to weld steel, stainless steel, aluminium and brazing alloys (CuSi/CuAl). Wire diameter ranges given in the technical data are 0.6–1.2 mm for steel/stainless, 0.8–1.2 mm for aluminium and 0.8–1.0 mm for CuSi/CuAl alloys.

What electrical supply and installation requirements should my workshop provide?

The machine runs from single-phase 230 V and is supplied with a 16 A fuse in the specification. It is fitted with PFC, so it accepts input voltages from 185–265 V. Power consumption is listed at 6.25 kVA and the open circuit voltage is 67 V. Check your site supply and distribution before installation and plan for a stable 230 V single-phase feed.
