EXCEPTIONAL COMFORT AND VISIBILITY

The Fronius Vizor Connect welding helmet offers outstanding comfort and visibility to welders. Its auto-darkening filter cartridge remains in place even at the lowest currents and in constrained positions, as long as the arc is burning[1]. The helmet seamlessly responds to the signal sent by the connected power source, adjusting the level of protection between DIN 5 and DIN 12. This adaptive feature ensures that the darkness level is perfectly tailored to the intensity of the arc at all times. Furthermore, welders have the option to switch to manual mode and adjust the darkness according to their specific requirements.

The Vizor Connect helmet's design prioritises the welder's comfort and visibility. Its auto-darkening filter cartridge includes a nose cut-out, providing an unobstructed line of sight and enhancing overall comfort. The special shape of the helmet increases the field of view up to six times, allowing welders to work with improved precision. PROTECTION AGAINST EXTERNAL LIGHT INTERFERENCE

Conventional welding helmets often face issues of darkening at inappropriate times due to light reflections, warning lights, or external welding light. However, the Fronius Vizor Connect welding helmet effectively eliminates these problems[1]. The helmet's advanced technology ensures ideal protection during activities before and after welding, including grinding. When the welder disconnects the Bluetooth connection between the helmet and the power source, the Vizor Connect functions as a conventional protective helmet and darkens in the presence of light sources above a certain intensity. This feature guarantees a clear view and protects the welder's eyes from harmful light.

THE AUTO-DARKENING FILTER CARTRIDGE REMAINS IN PLACE EVEN AT THE LOWEST CURRENTS.

If the arc is concealed  or the helmet looses sight of the arc for even a second or your in a constrained position, as long as the arc is burning the filter will remain dark no matter what. This is because the helmet reliably responds to the signal sent by the connected power source. This improves occupational safety for the welder. The level of protection applicable to the welding process is automatically adjusted between DIN 5 and DIN 12. The darkness level is therefore perfectly adapted to the intensity of the arc at all times. The welder also has the option of switching to manual mode and infinitely adjusting the darkness as required.

When the helmet is not darkened, it provides a clear view with a brightness level of 2.5 as well as real colour perception thanks to a specially developed UV and infrared filter. The auto-darkening filter cartridge with nose cut-out gives the welder an unobstructed line of sight and makes the helmet extremely comfortable to wear.
