- Comprehensive Synergic Program Library: An extensive library of preloaded synergic welding programs automatically links wire feed speed, voltage, and pulse parameters for a wide range of wire types and diameters. Operators can finetune results using the arclength and arcforce correction controls without needing deep theoretical knowledge.
- 4Roll Wire Drive System: The heavyduty 4roll drive mechanism ensures consistent and reliable wire feeding across the full current range, reducing the risk of birdnesting or feed irregularities — particularly important when feeding softer aluminium wires over longer torch lengths.
- Digital Parameter Display with Job Memory: The clear digital interface provides realtime feedback on all key welding parameters. - SpeedNet & Digital Communication Interface: Compatible with Fronius's SpeedNet digital communication system, the 320i C can be integrated into automated or semiautomated welding cells.
