The Power Tec Evo Twin Miracle Welder is a bodyshop welding unit intended for washer/bit welding and puller work with the ability to have two outputs connected at once. I use it where localised panel extraction and washer weld repairs are needed; one cable can be prepared for washer/bit welding while the other is set for an Easy Puller or slide hammer so you do not need to change tips during a repair. The unit includes a digital microprocessor and two output cables, runs from a single-phase Commando (blue) supply and weighs 22.82kg. Key technical considerations are correct cable configuration for the chosen tool and practical lead routing to maintain access and operator safety; the remote control (Part No. 91602) and an optional trolley (Part No. 91606) address ergonomics. A common issue I see is poor cable management and installing the unit on the floor rather than a trolley, which impedes work.
