Anti-spatter Spray 300ml is a ready-to-use aerosol for MIG/MAG welding that prevents weld spatter from sticking to torch nozzles, jigs and surrounding workpieces, helping keep welds clean and reducing nozzle blockages. Ideal for bodyshops, fabrication and repair work where frequent short welds quickly foul consumables, it supports consistent gas flow and reduces time spent scraping and grinding spatter.

We aim to dispatch all in-stock items for next working day delivery when ordered before 1pm. Larger or heavier equipment may require a 48-hour delivery service.
Mainland UK Delivery
Orders over £70 (excluding VAT) qualify for free delivery.
Orders under £70 (excluding VAT) are charged at £6.95.
Remote & Offshore Locations
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Isles of Scilly are subject to additional carriage charges. These typically start from £18.95 and may increase depending on size and weight.

Returns
We offer a 14-day approval period from the date of delivery to ensure the goods meet your expectations.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Return carriage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Items ordered incorrectly and returned for credit may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This may be waived on orders at our discretion.
Engineer Advice
In a real workshop, a light, even coat is all you need. On tooling and fixtures, it helps spatter release instead of sticking hard, so cleanup is a quick wire brush rather than grinding. On the torch, it keeps the gas shroud clearer for longer, which helps maintain consistent gas coverage.
The key points are not to flood the joint area and to keep it off surfaces that will be painted or bonded unless you know your paint system tolerates it. Excess spray can cause porosity or paint adhesion issues if you are careless.
Used correctly, a 300 ml can lasts well and saves time on maintenance and rework, making the welding process more reliable and consistent over a full shift.
