Returns
We offer a 14-day approval period from the date of delivery to ensure the goods meet your expectations.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Return carriage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Items ordered incorrectly and returned for credit may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This may be waived on orders at our discretion.

In practice, you position it on a Scangrip wheel stand or tripod, set the distance for the required curing area, then use the built‑in timer and remote control to keep operators clear of the beam. Because it runs at a narrow UV band around the 395–400 nm region, correct product compatibility and observing the manufacturer’s cure schedule is critical.
One common issue I see is techs working too close, over-curing small sections while missing edges, or not allowing for shadows from mirrors and trim. Take time to align the elliptical beam to the repair area.
Used correctly, it gives very reliable, repeatable curing and can significantly improve throughput without overheating plastic or thin panels.
