- Extremely powerful LED UV curing lamp designed for fast curing of large paint repair areas up to approximately 100 x 100 cm, ideal for highproduction bodyshops working on large panels and sections.
- Uses UV LED cold curing technology, producing no heat on the panel or paint so it is safe on plastic parts, composite panels and other heatsensitive substrates.
- Optimised for curing UVcured primers and UVcured body fillers, allowing sanding and polishing almost immediately after curing to speed up panel preparation and refinish cycles.
- Large, even UV coverage across big areas, reducing the need to reposition the lamp repeatedly and helping maintain consistent cure over the whole repair zone.
- Builtin timer with selectable cure duration, enabling repeatable curing cycles in line with paint and filler manufacturers’ datasheets and improving process control.
- Integrated Bluetooth control so the lamp can be operated remotely via an APP, including in groups of up to four units, keeping technicians out of the direct UV area during curing.
- Supplied in a robust, shockresistant transport and storage case with integrated handle, protecting the lamp from knocks in busy workshops and making it easy to move between bays.
- Designed to work with the Scangrip WHEEL STAND, allowing secure mounting and precise adjustment of height and angle for correct UV exposure on vertical and horizontal panels.
- Compatible with an additional mounting bracket for fixing at the lower part of the WHEEL STAND, making it practical for curing lower sections of vehicles such as sills and lower doors.
- Actively cooled construction to maximise UV output in a compact housing, supporting continuous use in production environments without thermal derating.
- Wide beam angle for uniform UV distribution over the curing area, minimising shadowing and ensuring consistent hardness across the repair.
- Rugged workshop build quality suitable for professional collision repair centres, with cablebased mains power for reliable operation during long curing shifts.
- Simple, userfriendly controls and clear status indication, making it easy for technicians to set timer, start curing and monitor operation without complex setup.
- Significantly more powerful than standard UV work lights on the market, providing much shorter cure times and supporting faster panel throughput in busy bodyshops.

What Our Engineers Say!
Paul Jones says
The key technical point is understanding that it’s a cold UV source, so there’s effectively no heat into the panel. That makes it suitable for plastic bumpers and other heat‑sensitive substrates, but you still need to follow the paint manufacturer’s guidance on exposure time and distance. Proper positioning with a tripod or wheel stand, and keeping the face of the lamp clean, are important for consistent curing.
What I often see is people running it too close and assuming “more UV is better”, which can lead to over‑cure or uneven results. Used correctly, these lamps are a reliable way to shorten process times and keep repairs flowing without cooking panels, provided the setup and timings are controlled.
