Parweld XT4000 Replacement Plasma Torch Spares

Professional-grade consumables and torch parts for maintaining Parweld XT4000 plasma torches in busy bodyshops and fabrication workshops.

  • Genuine Parweld XT4000 torch consumables
  • Tips and electrodes for 20–60A cutting
  • Maintain cut quality and torch lifespan
  • Suitable for professional plasma workshops

Parweld XT4000 Plasma Torch Spares

Parweld XT4000 plasma torch spares cover the full front end: tips in various bore sizes and amperage ranges, flat and extended tips, electrodes, extended electrodes, gas distributors, retaining caps, spacers, O-rings, torch heads and handles. These parts are critical to cut quality and torch life, so match tip size and style to the machine’s output current and your typical material thickness. Keep the gas distributor, O-ring and retaining cap in good condition and replace electrodes and tips as a set to avoid unstable arcs and premature torch damage.

Dan Jennings says

This collection covers consumables and spares for the Parweld XT4000 hand plasma torch used on light to medium gauge steel cutting in bodyshops and general fabrication. In day-to-day use the torch will see frequent tip and electrode changes, especially on machines running 20–60A for panel work, brackets and small fabrication jobs.

The key technical point is matching the correct tip size and style to the current range and type of cut. Standard tips suit general contact cutting, while extended and flat tips are better for reach, visibility and controlling kerf on thinner material. The gas distributor and O-ring need to be kept in good condition to maintain a stable arc and consistent airflow.

In practice, most issues we see come from running worn tips and electrodes for too long, or mixing non-genuine parts, which leads to poor starting, bevelled cuts and premature torch head failure. Keeping the right XT4000 spares on hand and changing them before they are completely burnt out gives more reliable cutting performance and reduces downtime in a busy workshop.
