The Gyspot PTI Neo is a fully automatic spot welder designed for modern bodyshop structural repair, especially on high‑strength and coated steels. In day‑to‑day use it sits next to your jig or bench, doing OEM‑style spot replacement on flanges, A/B pillars, sills and front ends where MIG plug welding is no longer acceptable or risks panel distortion.

In the workshop, the operator mainly interacts with the clamp, arms and electrode caps. Correct arm selection and access are just as important as the machine’s current output. Keeping the arms clean and caps dressed makes the difference between consistent nugget formation and borderline welds that later fail peel tests.
