Boron Spot Weld Removal Drills
Engineer Advice
Paul Jones says
Boron Spot weld drills as they are commonly know are in fact Carbide 3 fluted milling bits. You dont use a drill with the bits as the speed can blunt them extremely quickly. You need to turn you drill speed right down to max 800RPM and slowly mill out the spot weld all the while keeping the drill at 90 degrees to the panel. Our Boron drills are tried and tested in the workplace for there long life and quality
