Telwin have just released their New Electromig Wave in BASE Version

Advanced technology guaranteeing optimal machining quality and efficiency: Electromig 330 and 430 Wave, are sophisticated multiprocess wire inverter welding machines (MIG-MAG/FLUX/BRAZING; MMA and TIG DC-Lift) with intuitive and flexible use in various sectors, from industry to heavy structural work.

The Electromig Wave I a great value compact Inverter welder giving you the option to professionally weld aluminium , steel and stainless steel in PULSED mode.

They also have many interesting features such as the new synergic software that Telwin Have Called it  "Wave".

Telwin sales literature states that the "Wave OS (Welding Advanced Visual Environment) technology applied to Telwin inverter welders leads tohigher levels of welding performances through increased productivity and efficiency, better quality andreduction of welding costs."

Wave OS is designed to turn welding into a totally unique experience, customised to suit the individual needsof operators.

This just means that it has a. fully featured synergic programme embedded into it enabling you the operator to choose the optimum welding parameter for the job in hand quickly and easily.

The front display I believe is very clear and gives you all the information you need.

I especially like the T fillet graphic that gets thicker tingly to you turning up the welding parameters.

Telwin have called this AB Pulse and AB POP.

Telwin AB Pulse and AB Pop

Pulsed welding gives the appearance of TIG welding but with the ease of use of a MIG welder. Its low spatter and allows for faster run speeds, meaning you can weld faster.

Its particularly suited for aluminium, especially in AB POP Mode. This mode switches the pulse on and off at a pre determined rate and gives the penny stacking effect reminiscent of TIG welding.  For Galvanised Steel welding the pulsed mode reduces the popping and banging of the arc normally associated with welding this type of material. The droplet dropping onto the workpiece is less aggressive and so reduces the spatter.

The Telwin Electromig Wave is a perfect machine for light fabrication and especially for bodyshops giving professional welding at a really competitive price.
