Gystec E180 Pfc With Case
Advanced 180A Digital Inverter with PFC and Pulse MMA Technology
The GYSTEC E180 PFC is a digitally controlled 180A single-phase inverter welder designed for professional fabrication, site installation, and maintenance applications. Featuring MMA, Pulse MMA, and TIG Lift welding modes, it delivers exceptional versatility and precision. Integrated Power Factor Correction (PFC) technology ensures optimal arc stability, even with voltage fluctuations or when operating from long extension leads up to 100 metres. The digital display allows accurate adjustment of welding current and parameters, providing consistent, high-quality welds on steel, stainless steel, and cast iron up to 10 mm thick. Pulse MMA mode is ideal for vertical-up welding and pipework, with adjustable frequency and cold current percentage for improved control. Built with user protection features including optional VRD and PROTEC 400 overvoltage protection, the GYSTEC E180 PFC is engineered for reliable, safe operation in demanding workshop and on-site environments.

FAQs
1. What is the advantage of Pulse MMA mode?
Pulse MMA improves control when welding in vertical-up positions or on pipework by alternating between hot and cold current, reducing heat input and improving weld appearance.
2. Can the GYSTEC E180 PFC be used on long extension leads?
Yes, thanks to PFC technology, the unit can operate reliably with extension leads up to 100 metres.
3. What materials can this welder handle?
It is suitable for welding steel, stainless steel, and cast iron up to approximately 10 mm thickness.
4. Is the machine safe for on-site use?
Yes, it includes optional VRD for reduced no-load voltage, PROTEC 400 overvoltage protection, and generator compatibility for safe site operation.
