Ultra-Portable 160A Single-Phase MMA & TIG Lift Welding System

The GYSTEC 160 LA is a compact single-phase inverter welder designed for professional maintenance, fabrication, and on-site repair work. Featuring advanced IGBT inverter technology, it delivers stable and consistent welding performance with a current range of 10 to 160 amps. The high open-circuit voltage ensures immediate arc ignition, while constant current output guarantees smooth fusion and excellent weld quality on mild steel, stainless steel, and cast iron up to 10 mm thick. Offering both MMA and TIG Lift welding modes, the unit provides versatility for a wide range of applications, including precision welding on thin materials without tungsten contamination. Integrated welding aids such as Hot Start, Arc Force, and Anti-Sticking enhance usability and arc control. Weighing just 3 kg with a compact footprint and generator compatibility (±15%), the GYSTEC 160 LA is engineered for reliable performance in workshops or remote job sites.
